I absolutely loved the historic charm of Tinakilly Country House. The four-poster bed in my room was stunning and provided a cozy feel. The spacious layout made it easy to relax. The views from my top window were breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful garden. I appreciated the friendly staff. they were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Breakfast offered a variety of options, and the freshly made dishes were delightful. However, I faced a frustrating issue with the cold water in my bathroom. The cold tap was dry, and I had to deal with just scalding hot water. It was uncomfortable, especially when I wanted a cool shower after a long day. The dining experience could also use a boost. the atmosphere felt plain and lacked warmth, and the service was a bit slow during meals. The decor in some areas felt dated and could use a refresh. While I loved the ambiance, I think a few updates could enhance the overall experience.
